A storm broke a branch in a very large oak tree in Audubon's Corkscrew Sanctuary. A woman looking for owls found these rare blooms in view of the boardwalk. They were higher up than expected, on the wrong side of the tree and there were a lot of them. Ghost Orchids don't have leaves so when not in bloom, all that is visible is roots.
