Description
A curious, young sea lion approaches the viewer with a casual upside-down drift from the surface. The background water was created by applying crinkled cling film to freshly applied inks and let to dry. The Kelp was painted with Acrylics than accented with Pebeo oils. The fish and sea lion were painted with Acrylics.
